Merchant Spotlight: Another? Wine Bar
Continuing on with this week’s theme of the best self-service venues in Nottingham, Groubook presents you with another partner merchant of ours: ‘Another? Wine Bar’. The name is perfect for this place, because with over 65 different wines available by the glass, you’ll want another and another and another!
Offering both Sparkling and Fortified wines, Another? Wine Bar is located in the busy area of Trinity Square (Number 9, NG1 4AF), meaning you won’t have to go out of your way to enjoy a glass or two. The process is easy as can be: upon entry into the bar, you will be greeted by a member of staff and presented with a tab card personalised to you. You will then be shown the six different wine dispensing machines and how to use them. Once you’ve decided what you want to try, you will be able to help yourself to a sample (50ml), small (125ml), or medium (175ml) – feel free to mix and match these as you go. When you’re ready to leave, simply hand back your card, pay your tab, and you’re off! If you get confused there are friendly staff members on deck at all times to assist you with the machines, or with recommendations. In addition to wine, this venue also offers draught beers and cocktails, so you’re guaranteed to be able to find the drink of your dreams once inside. And if you thought the drinks sounded good, we all know what food goes best with wine, right? Cheese, of course. And Another? Wine Bar offers an absolutely amazing cheese board, with a monthly selection of three cheeses and olives, accompanied with crackers, chutney, dried figs and apricots. The perfect flavours to wash down with a Red, White, or Rose.
With no advance bookings available, you know that you can walk into this bar at any time it is open. It is closed on Mondays, then opens 3pm-11pm Tuesdays to Thursdays, 3pm-12am Fridays, 12pm-12am Saturdays, and 3pm-10pm on Sundays. So, there’s no excuse now; you know what, you know where, and you know when – head on down to Another? Wine Bar, the place where you just can’t get enough.
