Welcome Escapologic!

Think terrifying toy shops. Abandoned laboratories. Cursed crypts. As the first Escape Room to join our app, Escapologic are a really exciting addition to Groubook.

With immersive special effects and completely realistic set and sound design, every locked door in Escapologic opens onto another world. Enter a game so detailed and real you'll think you're in a life-sized version of your favourite console title, or a real-life Hollywood blockbuster.

As the clock starts ticking, you'll have to work quickly to explore the intricately detailed sets, searching for clues to help you break out.

Where are you? What happened here? Each element in the room points to a solution - but is it the right one? With just 60 minutes to sort the facts from the red herrings, every second counts. Follow leads. Test theories. But always be prepared to retrace your steps if you come to a dead end!

There could be multiple solutions to their escape rooms - or there could be only one. Each room has its own personality and its own quirks. You won't know until the door slams shut, locking you in. And by then, of course, it's too late to back out..

With 8 themed rooms to choose from, there's something for everyone.

Epi-Centre - Epicentre is the most 'real world' of their escape rooms. Buildings are collapsing. Fires are raging. People are screaming. And you're trapped inside the Edward Palatine Institute, watching it all happen on your screen. Epicentre is your chance to answer the question that nags at the back of the mind during every disaster movie. If the world ended, how would you react?

Howitz - A tragic loss. A happy family destroyed. A desperate man, irresistibly drawn to dark forces. As the door slams shut behind you, you're trapped in the world of Eli Howitz, an enigmatic figure whose gut-wrenching story pervades every millimetre of the room. At the very heart of Howitz lies a truth too terrible to imagine. Dare you uncover it

Curio - An Englishman's home is his castle. Or his curio if he's a treasure hunter who's spent a lifetime collecting trinkets from all four corners of the globe. Alexander Curio's life was one big puzzle. Only a select few ever got beyond his front door. You're about to join their exclusive ranks. Who is the man behind the enigma? Was his death the result of some cruel, cosmic irony? And does he really want to share the treasures hidden away within the labyrinth he calls home?

The Butcher - created by our resident mad genius, and it's one of the most impressively-realised yet! No expense has been spared to recreate the atmosphere of the butcher's lair in all its gory details. If you had to make a comparison with the movies, it'd be the set of Saw or The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Amidst the buckets and the blood, things have taken a decidedly dark turn! You'll need to work fast to solve the puzzles and break out to freedom. Because there's no telling when the butcher might come back...

Contraption - Strange machinery breathes in the stillness of the laboratory. Bubbles rise in a mysterious green liquid. Cogs tick. Gears clank. And in the air, the unmistakeable sound of fear... Can you escape the Contraption?

Heistakes - Now is your chance to take on the most heart stopping heist in history. Will you crack under the intense pressure or will you escape before the police turn up? Using an actual vault as the setting makes Heistakes one of the most realistic and immersive heist themed rooms in the country.

Robin of Lockskey - A group of ruthless kidnappers have taken the Sheriff and are demanding the fabled golden arrow of Robin Hood as ransom. They have given you and your team 24 hours to comply with their demands, that was 23 hours ago... Can you find the golden arrow and save the Sheriff?

Immaterium - Created in conjunction with Games Workshop, Immaterium is a simultaneous cooperative team experience. For the first time ever, players will be able to jump into the world of Warhammer 40,000 and experience its myriad dangers for real. They will touch, smell and feel all areas of the ship and everything on it – including a talking Servitor. Up to five people at a time can immerse themselves in Immaterium, and explore the deepest recesses of a star-faring vessel facing imminent doom.
